At the Environment Agency, we’re responsible for preserving and protecting the environment in England and Wales. One of the biggest challenges we face is from flooding and we’re currently undertaking some major projects in this area. As part of our Legal team, you’ll be closely involved in that work, providing the unwavering support that makes these initiatives possible.

You’ll need:

• Specialist knowledge and hands-on experience in commercial conveyancing or land law

• Knowledge of Water Law will be an advantage

• A pro-active attitude and the ability to work to tight deadlines

• First-class communication skills

• An impressive track record in a similar role

You’ll take on a wide range of work, which will include title investigation. It’s a chance to manage your own workload, while developing the Environment Agency’s existing systems through your expertise. Previous exposure to a Terrier system is recommended and IT skills are a must. Ultimately you’ll enjoy working as part of a close-knit and talented team.
