Job Description

Glenisters is a specialist repossession firm in Eastcote, North West London (Met Line, 30 mins north of Baker St). Our clients are corporate only. We require a conveyancer to deal with the sale of repossessed properties. This is not 'regular' residential conveyancing. It is high volume, process-driven, performance-monitored, target-led work but still requires a sound knowledge of conveyancing practice and procedure. Knowledge of Right-to-Buy and shared ownership issues will be a distinct advantage. The successful applicant will have sole responsibility for their worload and supervise a small team, reporting to Head of Sales. We have a sophisticated case management system - there is nothing manual about our processes - which assists in meeting strict client reporting requirements, so the successful applicant will be required to work entirely on-system. There is however regular contact with clients and others with whom a warm working relationship is a must. Whilst full training will be given experience of this specialist type of work and the use of a case management system is essential. Our offices are well-equipped and comfortable, and are a pleasant alternative to the rush and cramped commute of working more centrally.
